Shipping & Returns
Shipping can be a little sporadic for us depending on how many orders we get in a week.
Normal shipping days for us are Fridays. Everything we pack and ship will be taken to the post office on Fridays, or if an abundance of products are ordered and ready to ship we may take trips in between Fridays. If you need a rush shipping, please contact us. If you need a tracking number, please contact us. Everything will be shipped without a tracking number if not contacted.
Shipping prices depend on the product and should be labeled at the product checkout.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must pay shipping.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you receive a package with damaged goods, Contact us as soon as possible. Pictures of the damaged goods are mandatory. The product must be shipped back to us and reviewed before we can issue a refund. Upon review, If we deem that it was shipping or our fault, you will receive your refund normally, Refund Terms above.
